Our Therapy

Your reasons for seeking counseling are uniquely your own; we recognize that, and, following a basic tenet of counseling, we begin with you where you are. As you progress in your therapy, those reasons may change, and we will adapt with you, too. In this process, please be assured we will stay with you at each step.

Trauma & PTSD

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic* circumstances. Anxiety, fear, anger, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger following traumatic events and abuse. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of healing.

* Ask about our EMDR, TF-CBT, and betrayal trauma-trained therapists.

Grief & Loss

Grief is natural when dealing with the loss of someone or something; it is a deeply personal experience that only you can define. We recognize that the grieving process is gradual and has no "normal" timetable. We can help you find healthy ways to deal with your grieving process.
